I updated my paid version to 1.65. The computer took a long time to display my desktop. Win XP Pro SP3 with latest Windows updates. After that, the computer would freeze (within minutes). Task Manager showed 51% cpu and when clicked the shutdown menu in Task Manager, nothing happened. Had to hold the power button on the tower to shutdown. Restarted multiple times, same general result with different details. I also tried uninstalling Malwarebytes 1.65 (from the Start Menu>All Programs>Malwarebytes> and rebooting and installing 1.65.
